Just need explanation thats all. If rma monitor or gpu. But like i said. When i made perform scaling from DISPLAY to GPU dots dissapear on 1080P 165hz.
Also when i wanna make screenshot dots are not appearing on screen. Thats all. ITs monitor or gpu? Also nothing to worry about? Thats all Hedge.

Dude you need to just use your monitor at its native resolution. You own an rtx3090 for gods sake.

Why are you insisting on playing at 1080p.

Buy a new 1080p monitor if you must.

I mean i can choose in nvidia panel 144hz and 165hz. So its not oc ?
( not in osdmonitor )
