Anyone else suffering from man flu?

I feel like death, my joints ache, I've just had my 4th hot bath of the day and I've run out of films to watch

Anyone else feeling worn down with this cough/flu/cold which is going around.

I despise the term "man flu". A term coined by women who think men moan pointlessly at the slightest sign of illness. Any man who uses it willingly should be slapped tbh.

I have no issue with your moaning about being ill. My point is that the term "man flu" comes from man-hating women who think that men moan pointlessly when they are ill. So if your own suffering is real then you should not refer to it as man flu.

I've been ill since the 16th of December, it's been a cold for a few days now but in the beginning it was full on man flu, I slept about 16 hours a day and did nothing but suffer, lol, everyone around here seems to be ill and I keep getting reinfected, bloody annoying.

I've still been working through it, I dont tend to do sick days. Unless a leg drops off

Ye my head is in pieces at the moment. Ment to be popping into town aswell to see a mate who i havent seen in a while.

Head is really stuffy and i can feel it on my sinuses

Yeah mine normally does ,first cold in about 5 years but with the girlfriend coughing near me all over christmas I guess it gave in !
Woke up last night feeling like my throat had swallowed a brick ,went to the gym today followed by steam room ,sauna and swim to try and sweat it out ,it has not worked though !
