Yep.

A relative of mine had his arm crushed under a hydraulic press at work and it pretty much rendered his arm dead. After about a year of therapy on it and such the physio finally gave him one to use lightly a few times a week. It worked wonders and helped to rebuild the muscle in the arm that had been lost through many months of no use in the arm.

I have one, my record is a measly 12800, but that was about 2 years ago when I used to use it. I had a go a few months back for the first time in ages and couldnt get over 10k

Huge nearly ten year thread bump here. I found my Powerball, took it apart and got the jammed starter string out of it and put it back together. Surprisingly I managed to start it first time!

Struggling to get above 9k though but it's been a long time and I'm very much out of practise.

That's what made me think of my Powerball. I knew where it was but I also knew it was jammed solid so I found it and took it apart to get the string out.

I found mine the other day too. The plastic has all degraded on the display so now it hurts your hand to hols - nice example of the disposable nature of modern products.

I still have mine. i Bought one cause of a thread on ocuk actually I used it a few months ago, it makes an awful racket. I think it may need oiling or something.

I just threw mine away last week. It was always actually sarting the thing I struggled with - the string needed to be longer.

Holy thread bump! It makes me feel so old seeing 10 year thread bumps in threads I posted in . Also not used my powerball for 10 years, might have to try and find it.

BTW as I said 10 years ago, just learn the technique to spin it without the string.

Still got mine somewhere, think I managed 13,000 a few times. Will try and find it tonight and give it another go.
