Anyone into Gundam (or Gunpla)

Saw that but not my thing but you could combine 3D printing into it as well for the minis :D
I don't really plan any non-boardgame tabletop stuff, so I probably won't get it, unless a starter set ends up on offer.

Oh I can't tell you how much I would love a 3d printer for that (and other stuff). Be great for printing out stuff for painting experiments/practice too.

I am trying to plan better shelves above my desk and I can't help trying to factor in a 1/48 Gundam. Too much planning not enough cash.

I think I have an addiction...

Oh that is nice. Not sure I trust myself with a PG yet but boy do I want one. Hope you put up some pics when you get to it.

I have an extremely small space to build models so these would actually be super handy for me!
Another reason to want a 3D printer but as I don't have one, I went all Blue Peter and made a rack from cardboard. I might need another when I get to my RG and MG kits.

Your Tracey island must have looked a lot better than mine lol
,Blue Peter skills aren't something I have haha.

Finally got a reasonable pre-order in for the two Requiem for Vengeance kits. The prices kept going up on Ali and trying to navigate Buyee gave me a headache (and couldn't find affordable ones vis there). That was the last of Christmas pressies taken care of .

They are nice looking kits and I enjoyed the show. I have them on my to buy list but as I have a small mountain of kits to build already I'll hold off and get them when they are more available and cheaper :)

Yeah, the price was off putting but £18 plus UK postage each was my happy price, especially as they are essentially gifts. Won't be here until beginning of March, so I can get through what I have.

Once the weather improves I won't have as much time due to family activities and trying to get the garden properly under control and accessible.

Has a rough week sleep wise but got back to the HG Origin RX-82 yesterday. The clips worked wonders for shuffling runners around :). Got half the left leg, the whole right leg and weapons/shield to do. Panel lining as I build each section this time. Possibly slower but easier to clean up.

While not Gundam, I finished the second Macross kit I bought ages ago. They're Tomytec 1/144 scale kits that are pre painted. Nice wee builds that didn't take long, it was weird having them prepainted. Good in some ways but annoying when wanting to tidy up a few mould lines. Although the leg connectors for the standing Battloid were horrible and I'm glad there was a spare section I could use. :D

Almost finished upgrading my crafting area. Been 3D printing all week to make this multiboard.io system. Just some more caps left to print and then I have to work out all the hooks, shelves, bins etc to make to hang on it and put all of my tools and gubbins :D

I finally finished lining and assembling the weapons for this guy. I didn't get to work on him as often, so it took me a bit longer to get him together.

I am very happy with the lining and the construction is certainly a step up in parts and detail over the Entry Grade. Can't wait to see the difference in RG and MG.

I am impressed with that and the Zaku. I'm not sure how many kits are in the Origin range but I wouldn't say no to more :D.

I need to get some more Heroquest minis done before I build any thing else. I am going to give the MG Buster Gundam a go after that, just for something different. That will leave me the RG RX-78, RG Char's Zaku II and the MG Unicorn.

27 apparently :D

This is a really good site for info on all kits : http://www.dalong.net/

That is very neat. I have plans to build a desk into my hobhy alcove, I just can't decide on shelving and monitor riser vs. wall mount (or both to give another shelf.
