RX 480 died in kids PC last night, they'll now get my get my 1080ti so had to order a card - found a Gigabyte AORUS Radeon RX 6900 XT XTREME WATERFORCE for 1589 which I did consider too bad taking into account the water block and XTXH chip so plumped for that.

I was going to wait until prices came down a bit, but tbh I don't think 1589 in the current climate is too much of a premium over an MBA card at MSRP considering the waterblock and the XTXH chip. Certainly better than the 1899 it's retailing for at another couple of well known stores!

I managed to get payment authorised. £649 certainly beats £850 zotac before Christmas.

Has anyone here actually managed to snag an FE card from the other place that sells them? Reason i ask is had one in the basket for about 5 mins and it let me process the order

I tried to order a 3060Ti for my son, got through all the details putting payment details in etc but order was declined. Probably just too slow, had to wait for OTP text from my bank and stuff like that.

Seems supply has improved this week again, and all prices except RX6800 and RX6900 came down.
Slow but in the right direction.

I've been there. Waited all day for the reference 6800 on OCUK and then got distracted messing around in Fusion360 for 11 entire minutes and it was all gone by the time I saw it was 15:09.

I've booked Wednesday off work. What are the chances of a drop on that day? I wish drops happened on evenings and weekends to give the working classes a chance. Which is ironic since it's those who benefit the most from a cheaper FE card lol
