Crikey, that's nearly £400 over MSRP, bonkers and from retail.

I've spent 10 minutes trying to think of a follow up sentence but my gob has been too smacked up. I bet anyone buying a 3070 for that, gets a sore arse.
 
You can't even get Quadro cards, I felt lucky to get a P620 at discount!!

I would like to play Doom Eternal, but have no card to play it on.

Do have shares in Nvidia that have been very very good. I can't see Graphics cards normalising until at least summer of 2022.

I am hoping by Spring 2022 if mining tanks, Nvidia nerfs mining on cards, and Intel releases its range of cards by then. I will settle for summer 2022 though if AMD release 7800 by then

Can't guarantee that mining will tank. Nvidia are bringing out some mining only cards that should help.

I expect world wide chip shortage should settle down next year. We are seeing a drive to AI and edge computing, this is taking manufacturing.

That said the demand for cards is so great, as soon as cards become available for normal prices, they will be purchased. Crazy times, just think in the space for 18 months so much happened in the world. I hear today the US federal government is planning it's own digital currency.
 
A few people have referenced getting alerts to drops. How would i sign up for these for the 3070ti drop? I havean nvidia profile so can login to their site. Would you wait for an alert for that kind of drop or would you just load the site at launch time
 
Presumably the new card launches are going to be at a given date and time....so just go to the sites then. It's going to be an absolute cluster foxtrot though.

Other than that, discord alerts. I've been trying for a 3080 since launch :|
