Anyone remember what graphics card they first used?

6200GT lol, not too impressive eh?

i didnt know anything aboout computers at the time, so i wouldnt know in any of my earlier pc's.

Diamond Steatlh was the first dedicated card in a Celeron 300 system, before that i used onboard GFX in a P75 system

First 3D card i got was a 16Mb Voodoo Banshee

Ignoring the random PCI 512k or 1mb card, the first 3D card was a Orchid Righteous 3D Voodoo 1 card :D

Im not as old as some of you lot, the graphics card in my very first own PC was a Geforce MX440, and to think i thought that was awesome at the time lol :D

3dfx Voodoo Banshee 16MB.

Completely wowed me at the time. My landmark gaming moment remains getting this card, firing up Half-Life and watching that introductory tram-ride sequence with mouth agape.

ISA Cirrus Logic 512KB and after that a VLB Diamond Stelath 2MB DRAM, if my memory serves me correctly.
It was a long time ago now.

Probably some kind of ISA CGA card. Can't remember how much RAM it had but it can't have been more than a couple of KB as it was only 80x25 characters in four colours.

Yep! Playing Trackmania on the Geforce 4 MX440 64mb is my first memory of PC gaming, and then having to upgrade to a 9600 pro to play Battlefield 2....wow that card rocks.

Randomly, I also always remember reading on the back of most games that it would work with Gefore 4 cards bar the mx440 but can never remember why
