Anyone remember what graphics card they first used?

I still have mine. I had a mobo with onboard X300 ATi, which displayed FAIL when trying to do Battle For Middle Earth at any decent level... so I said "**** it", went out and got a x800GTO2 and HalfLife 2.

Has lasted thus far but now I've gone from 4:3 to 16:10, I need an upgrade!

/console gamed since SNES and A500 didn't need graphics card

1st proper card was a Matrox Mystique 4mb

i had a (am in sure someone will correct me_ som kind on ????? MX card, it was a cut down verion of some card.

cant remember what it was.

First card was a cirrus logic 1mb, capable of 640x480 in 24bit colour, jaw dropping at the time.

Then it was a Matrox Millenium card, anyone remember windows Accelerator cards? cost me £400 at the time and was the worst £400 I ever spent, not because the card was crap, far from it, but the price droped to £180 about a month later.

First 3D Gaming card though was a 3DLabs Permedia 2 card, Turok look fantastic on this baby.
