Anyone watching the TT this week?

Yes mate, Was on ITV4 earlier but I had to wait for the Tennis to finish which over ran.
Watched the North West 200 last week as well & will watch all the coverage of the TT & hope that Guy finally gets a win & the whole week goes by without any deaths. :)
Then it's the Manx.

If you haven't watched TT3d either rent it on blinkbox or get it on dvd/blu-ray it's an awesome watch!

Is anywhere online showing the TT this year?

Hopefully riding to watch the event in person next year, can't wait :D

I tried to record it but the Sky box had a hiccup and all I have is a blue screen. It was repeated this morning so hopefully I've got it this time!

Looking forward to it. I think it's going to be quite open this year. My one prediction is that I think William Dunlop will take his first TT win in one of the Supersport races. Aside from that I can only guess. You've got to say that McGuinness is probably the favourite again for the superbike races, although Bruce Anstey could be right up there if he gets out of the right side of bed. Ian Hutchinson's fitness is questionable so if he's going to win it'll likely be in the shorter races i.e. the supersport or superstock. Ryan Farquhar will probably win the supertwins - he practically invented this class and has had the most experience building bikes for the category.

One race I'm surprisingly interested in is the TT Zero race. Obviously Michael Rutter will start as favourite as he won last year on the MotoCzysz, but I think the new Mugen bike ought to be competitive what with having the weight of Honda behind them and McGuinness at the controls. There's also a new Zytek engined Kawasaki that will be ridden by James Hillier and could be a dark horse.

is there any way to watch the races live? ITV4 only have a highlights show :(
I thought they were showing it all? Argghhh oooowwwww... all kicks off was it 12 or 2pm tomorrow???... NOOooooooo

Somer valid points here, looks like only highlights then :-()

I'm sure it's been broadcast live before at some point in the past few years hasn't it?. Or am I imagining that?. :p

Watched the practice etc tonight. Looking forward to watching tomorrow. In 24 years of biking I've never managed to drag my butt over to the island and experience it for real. It's on my bucket list. ;)

I think this is crazy, the amount of bloody technology we have these days and they cant even set up a few cameras round the track to run 24/7 on a live stream over the TT week.

They do have cameras all around the track.....and in HD too. Its just not a live broadcast, which would take a much bigger production team.

Be grateful for the coverage you do get - an hours highlights every night on terrestrial TV is actually pretty good.

Want better than that, get yourself over to the Island :)

Id rather no coverage on terrestrial and each race shown (re recorded) online. :)
