AORUS AD27QD

Drawing your own crosshairs on these models is quite neat and being able to import and export.

It's such a lottery, mine was perfect. People can have nightmares with new monitors, sending one back after another. Panel QC is abysmal.

Funny that isn't it. The same conversations were happening here in 2005 for Dell 2405FPW's and here we are in 2019 and not a damn thing has changed. From panel buzzing, stuck/dead pixels, bleed, banding, you name it.

Turned up today.

Manufacture date was May 2019
FW shipped with 2, updated to 7.

So far so good. Feels and looks a lot better than the MSI I had. Feels premium!

Little bit of glow in the bottom left at default brightness but dropping that down to 120cdm (14) it's no really noticeable.

Running it through DisplayCal now.

How did you go about updating to firmware 07?

Did you notice any "improvements with games"?
Those firmware descriptions leave a lot to be desired.

Does that happen with the kd25f too? That is pretty cool you can get firmware updates. VF did you swap from the kd25f to this one then? Hope its all well :)

I don’t understand this 240hz faff. Unless you’re playing old games like CS, no graphics cards can pump out 240fps at ultra settings,
