So your telling me none of these forum conversations on the overclockers website are heard by anyone working for or in a position @OC to respond or highlight the problems raised?
There has been an awful lot of people the last few weeks complaining at how OC have dealt with customer communication, and every time someone critiques OC it comes across as gritted teeth and how dare we question anything kinda forced response from the company and then threads get locked and vanish, yer that kind stinks tbh.
My personal opinion so far is substandard customer service, and what reads as an over extension of truth around claims of positioning by OC to secure stock and the facts are other place's are shifting more untitts or at least communicating that fact, again communication therin lack of transparency and yes my upfront in full payment of £900 for a product I was expecting sometime around the 17th of September entitles me to some transparency 8 weeks later.
The fact is OverClockers shouldn't have even been advertising the Xtreme and taking money for it on the 17th as it didn't even exist, and had they not done so I would have bought myself an actual real card and be in receipt of it right now.
Am I kinda angry hearing 3 cards dropped and only 1 shipped? True or not dam right, I'm also angry I just got another email telling me my position in the queue hasn't moved after Gigabyte claimed again to ahve shipped products this week again, and Im near the front and others claiming the same card they have moved up at least 1 place the last two weeks.
But what do I know? Nothing because there is no transparency and the management come across as disgruntled we dare to ask, and let me be clear this is not staff or directed at staff they end of the day take a wage and do as instructed.
So anyone else again not moved in the Queue for Aorus Xtreme? Because yet again Aorus/Gigabyte claim to have shipped this week and I haven't moved a place again going into week 9.
