PM G3 450 B&W - 2002ish
PM G4 867 DP - Nov 2002
MacBook Pro - Nov 2007

No iPods tho :p

Rest of you are noobies that have turned, I saw the light from the beginning! :p

Oh and I've used everything between 7.5.2 IIRC to 10.5.2 :p

My main reason for not getting a mac earlier was bad experiences with PowerPC G3 iMac's in school, oh how slow they were on the school network always crashing! a good few years later and Apple rules the world! :p

1st - Ipod Video 80GB
2nd - Ipod Touch 16GB
3rd - Mac Mini
4th - Hopefully a Macbook Pro soon =]

MacBook 2.0GHz Core Duo back in 2006
iPod Nano 2nd Gen Christmas 2006
iPod Touch 16GB in 2007 (can't remember the month, got it when released :p)

Now I've sold off my Nano and Touch, saving up for either an iMac or MacBook Pro, depending on budget and if I would sell my current MacBook for the MacBook Pro instead of the iMac + current MacBook combo...

I won't say I'm an addict but I've liked their product when I first saw the PowerBooks. Played with OS X was what tipped me into my first Mac, now Windows systems are so MeH! no matter how raw the power it has under the hood... because I don't game on the PC since Xbox 360 :D

2003 - 3G 20Gb iPod £300 still going strong 4 years, 3 batterys and 7 sets of headphones later being used for about an hour a day, but I replaced it with...
2007 - 80Gb iPod Classic which got stolen in January so i got...
2008 - An 8Gb [Red] Nano

Also have a CD MacBook Pro which is great! I've also converted 4-5 of my mates to mac after showing them mine!

First Mac was an iMac G5 20 incher which was a fantastic machine. Then I got a macbook, bog standard effort, to mess about with. After that I sold my G5 and the Macbook to buy a 24 inch iMac, maxed out to the limit, which was even better. I then sold that and bought my current 17 inch Macbook Pro C2D2.33/2GB/256X1600 which is nothing short of a work of art. I love it and have been very happy with no desire to change - for the moment! :)

EDIT: Oh yeah, I had an 80GB iPod video as well but never used it.

:O Do you still have them all? That's a lot of mac! Especially with SSD on the Air! Crazy money!

Yus still got them all... notice the date on the Air though.. I aint bought it yet, thats my next purchase.

As for buying a car on my switch card, thats only because ive decided Visa is evil and dont use it any more.. (apart from for Petrol) No point having money in the bank and no shiny toys to play with. :)

I wasn't aware I had to inform you of such matters, my mrs gives me enough grief, not you as well. ;) :p

I needed a more mobile solution that I could use in the office and at home, obviously the MBP is the daddy in such situations. However, I am keeping an eye on the way the iMac develops though, I may be tempted to get one after the next update. :)

Of course you need to inform me, since I appointed myself an executive of the MBP club I need to know these things. ;)

Mobile solution, fair enough, hope you're happy with it. :)

yes, lol, its the wifi that makes me go all the way to london, j/k its a very nice place to work. Lots of curious customers, with interesting questions, its never the same from one day to the next.

Won't say any more, don't want to get into trouble, just made me laugh in my head when I though what I wrote in the post, and wanted to share it!
