1. Probable. Mini is well overdue and upgrade.
2. Yes to Multi touch, very unlikely about the new alu case too much like the MBP
3. Probable. New look maybe not.
4. Very probable as it is the best selling Mac and they need to keep the edge.
5. Unlikely but possible as now it is the defacto HD disk standard.
6. Rumours of an Apple games console do the rounds from time to time. If it happens I will eat my hat.
 
What time is this event (UK Time) and is there anywhere doing live video or text updates?

I am waiting for a 16gb nano or a 64gb touch, I think both will be announced today :)

I hope for new gfx updates for mac pro and also new macbooks so can get one for my bro. Wishful thinking I think as it has been a bit quiet on the notebook rumours this past week or so.

Well up until the past few weeks there have been lots of rumours of new aluminium macbooks, mbp updates and mac mini bumps! It has all died recently but you never know. Surely the september mac event always has computer updates??

Well in the last year or two most things have incremental updates which they just slip out, but you would think if they were releasing a complete new design it would be at an event. I'd put my money on macworld if this one is entirely ipod related.

You forgot booze. I spent two hours on Twit Live for the WWDC and was let down badly. In my opinion Apple and Steve "Boom!" Jobs owe me a good one.

There will be something non-iPod related. Maybe iPhone related :( I hope they live up to promise of "something big in September" :(
