I'm just about to go out, but caught the first part..

They go on a lot about the carbon neutral stuff, is that actually carbon neutral, or are they just buying carbon credits..

Also, when they did the mothernature bit at the start, did i misshear where they said they wanted to remove all carbon from the atmosphere?
Remind me what plants 'breathe' again...
