Mines the email I signed up with, with "abb-" before it.Is the username/password for PPPoE the same for everyone? perhaps it’s on my account not checked yet.
Password save as signed up as well.

All good for me again today. Martin said there is only one known congested VLAN at the OR end, and that's the one mentioned a few posts ago by @zia.Keep us updated guys, hopefully they fix the issue, I’m going onto Aquiss middle of next month!
Absolutely, @im4gine3. I also went from VM to Aquiss (same as Chris) and it was a revelation. My latency cut in half, it's way more stable, and bufferbloat is a thing of the past without needing to absolutely clobber the line with SQM. Customer service is a world apart.Nice, will be night and day if you were in a congested VM area or are sensitive to latency/jitter.
After hearing good things about this provider, just sent in a order for the 1gb line.. albet on Openreach. Had enough of VM support

Cool, same here, 2 weeks till install for me. (Openreach).
It’s just nice finally having a lot of isp options since full fibre was installed in my street.
Yeah i hope so.. My VM connection suffers from super high latecy and jitter.. which is unusual but i'm guessing my area is quite congested. Plus the cost of the line is silly compared to other ISP. It's just unfortunate that it was only recently OR came to my area.. i've been stuck with VM for so long. Would have liked CF so i can get multigig speeds, but this will suffice for now.
I miss my flat where i was one of the first to get HyperOptic that time... now in a house, i'm not getting high hopes i'll get the same/similar any time soon
I doubt I'll stay with them either, year two prices are just silly compared to the competition. Shame they don't give the discount until year three, and even then that's not written anywhere.Moving away from Aquiss to YouFiber, nothing wrong with the service I’ve received over the last year but I can get double the download and 9x upload for pretty much the same price.
Aquiss provide services over both OR and Cityfibre. You can get symmetric 2.5Gb over CF on Aquiss if you're in a Cityfibre area.I had the option to go to CF, but decided on Aquiss, decent 1/2 price offer for the first 6 months as well.

Did CF mean something else? I must have misunderstood you, sorry.I’m not, just openreach here.

Wish we had City Fiber here, need some competition to OpenReach.
