Arc Raiders

I killed a Bastion solo with two Wolfpack grenades, followed that up with some more standard grenades, then just shot at its legs for a bit. The main thing is getting into cover before you do this. I tried this two times unsuccessfully as I thought I had enough cover and I didn't.

Yeah explosives change things completely.

If you've got a deadline and can get behind it, you can one shot the bastion.

Anyone moved over to this game from, delta force, really like DF, but wondering if to put my limited game time into this game.

I just fell through the world, then fell from the sky for a few minutes.

When I landed it killed me.

I didn't even fire a shot or loot anything, from spawn, to sky, to dead.

I'd been running free loadouts up until this run.

You are unlucky as 2 Wolfpacks alone is usually enough.

It depends if other arcs are around I guess and so e of the segments go to target other things.

by the sounds of it i need the wolfpack blue print.

alas probably 15hrs into this game and so far only found 1 blue print.
You'll start finding Wolfpacks on the map in high value loot locations, and you get them as a reward for a few quests as well.

Maybe even trials. I'm not 100% on that, but I know they keep appearing in my stash and I've already done all the quests.

Get a looting augment (2 is preferred if you can craft one) and go in 'naked' or with a basic weapon and shield into a night raid and go blueprint hunting.

If you have a locked area key then put that in the safe pocket and go for that but I recommend you bring a door jammer if you can get into a locked room unopposed to delay any opponents from getting in.

Stick the highest value items (especially blueprints) in your safe pockets. This way if you die you don't lose an expensive loadout and it's actually a really fun way to play.as you have to actively avoid arc and other players.

Saw this on a discord I am at and thought I post it here, for those that would like to fill out the Survey they linking to, so you can help them improve the game. I have not yet done all the maps myself though, but know several of you here has.

ARC Raiders #game-announcementsSERVER

Hello Raiders,

What a wild six weeks.

You have explored every inch of Topside. You’ve climbed, clambered, slid, rolled, fought, collaborated, and boogied across every plain, in every nook, and through every hallway.

Help us improve

Now you’ve become acquainted with the world of ARC Raiders, we want to know what you think of it. We’re proud of the maps we’ve created so far - but we know that YOU, the player, are best placed to offer valuable feedback and suggestions, so we can continue to design immersive worlds you want to be in.

By completing our player feedback survey, you’ll help us do just that. We’ll ask you about the maps, playstyles you are encountering, the pacing of action, and a few more aspects of gameplay.

To participate in the survey:
  • You must have played all the maps

I've done that with a leaper a few times but never a bastion.

Good to know!

The blaze grenades are really good at taking out leapers as well, and they are pretty cheap/common.

If you throw one at it and set it on fire, wait for the fire to burn out before you throw another one on, usually 3 or 4 will destroy it.

I joined an Australian Arc Raiders group on Facebook to try and find some decent people to play with in my timezone. Most of those posting are either morons or crying about getting ganked at the lift. Will be leaving the group, but before I do saw someone just now offering to buy 5m worth of gear in game for $100 in cash.
Is he buying it so he can wipe his progress and gain the extra skill points? So $100 essentially for a few skill points? How are they going to arrange the trade and conduct it in game? Got me a bit puzzled.

I'm not sure how you can even facilitate that through the game......

Free cosmetic up for grabs via Nvidia rewards. "Electrician Backpack: Emerald Wave Variant."

Can redeem it via Nvidia App.

What's the criteria for getting this exactly, I have a GeForce card, the app, an account, the game the latest drivers etc. My redeem list is empty, even after I've logged in.
