Arc Raiders

Played 6 games which all ended very quickly! lol

Out of the 6 games played 3 where killed by other players with no attempt at comms.

Just using free loadouts atm but seems to be a lot of stuff to collect, unsure what to keep or what to sell.

primary in the free loadout seems terrible but will be sticking with this as I am dying far too quickly to take anything else.

imo the high power slow firing free primary you often get (sorry can't remember name) is one of the better guns in the game for taking out arc

esp once you level it up a bit

Does anyone know what those computer terminals that you can interact with do? There's a couple of different types I've randomly come across, and it's not obvious what it activates. I've tried googling to no avail.

There are also the terminals on Stella. If you press them they seem to phone somewhere, no idea what they're for tho.
The terminals flash a colour at the end, yellow/red/blue I think. Then you follow that colour markings (spray painted) on the floor/walls which leads you to an unlocked terminal that you can loot for decent stuff.

Excellent, thanks. I need to farm Shredder Gyros soon so I'll give it a shot.

Ive been a pve carebear so far and seem to be getting matchmade with similar minded people as ive only been attacked once and im level 20 now which i found pretty crazy.
Now im almost afraid to attack anyone as they have all been so chill and id feel bad lol.
Also im wondering if it will have a dramatic affect on who i get matchmade with if i do some pvp?

i don't think it is particularly sensitive, maybe 4-6 round average something like that - i only seem to run into aggressive players if i run a free loadout or am in trios or duos (duos hit and miss but if you are in a high loot zone or key room, expect competition)

Had a day of just running into rats after a couple of weeks of just no real pvp, everyone i met today seems to be out for blood. I think im starting to hit Arc fatigue after 90hrs, no more quests to do, i dont really pvp so i dont relaly feel a need to upgrade beyond blue weapons, might be time to take a break from it dust something else off from the library

It's the kids. I've also noticed a dramatic increase in rat behaviour over the weekend, and every time it's been a squeaker. I'm not sure they understood what I meant when I told them to tell their mum to swallow next time.

How do you guys manage the items you get each mission?

I have a stash of 88 and its all full but I do not know what to sell, scrap or save for later projects or table upgrades

Delete everything. I'm being deadly serious, select everything and sell it all. Guns, ammo, shields, the lot. You'll soon teach yourself that there isn't a single thing in this game that can't be crafted or farmed, and that apart from fancy colours, nothing in your inventory is special enough to warrant a permanent spot. There's not a single thing in your inventory you can't live without. Once you've sold everything, use that cash to upgrade your stash.

At the start my priority was making coin to upgrade the stash so early days i think i did nothing but free loadouts and just sold my full nventory every time till i could get my stash up to 200ish. FOllow the questline as this will unlock your workbenches, also remember you can use the track resources so it shows an icon besides loot you need topside.

Managed to thrash out a few missions and upgrade workshop benches (synthesized fuel was a bugger to track down). Now I need olives to upgrade Scrappy...

Olive grove on Blue Gate. The trees you want are the larger, scruffy looking ones. Move around them too, most of the time a button pops up to kick them, which will drop another olive.
