Really quite strange you could find out multiple queue related things on the phone

While I couldn't even get my position in the queue for the card I actually ordered at launch

They did say anyone swapping from tomorow will be at the back of the queue. But it's an absolute disgrace that people have been allowed to swap up until this point
Nothing specific was told to me. He wouldn't say where I was. Just that the MSI card I have and the ASUS TUF OC I was asking about if I moved to to try get some.info. Was told the TUF OC queue is twice the size. And that my card MSI Trio is actually one of the lowest queue sizes now.
Nothing specific or numbers or my placement was told to me. That's it. Only specific thing was like you said too. Queue swapping stops now and they stopping it because they have to to give actuarate numbers to people in emails soon

Know it's a long shot but I don't suppose anyone knows about the queue length for the non OC Asus TUF? I'm happy to wait until the official word comes from OC to be fair but didnt order until the 19th so would be nice to know how far back I am.
Massive the queue I was told on phone is double anything else.

yes of course the Trio backlog is enormous here, probably the longest queue of any model
I thought that too but I guess a lot of people swapped to Asus TUF OC. I was told today on phone that my card MSI Gaming X Trio 3080 is the smallest of all popular cards and as small as some of the very basic or non popular cards. The TUF OC is double everything else now.

oh really that is interesting then, so a lot of people have jumped to the TUF OC post review and cap issue story then? Blimey no wonder the customer service guys are strained that must be a lot to deal with

Personally I think the capacitor issue/story has legs but is getting blown out of proportion suddenly everyone is a micro electronics expert because they can see the difference between different types of surface mount components....

Just FYI for those interested in the unofficial queue calculator;

I ordered the MSI Gaming X Trio at 14:19 on 17th Sept. According to the calculator, I was position 49.

As time went on, and more people started using it, I got down to position 44. And it was shipped today.
