Are you addicted to anything?

ROFL guess mines not the only family who's got the itch.

It's crazy the amount of people i know who get prescribed some form of opiate from the doctors, without even knowing what they are getting.

I must know about 20+ people who get regular supplies.

I would not say i'm addicted because i dont actively go seeking them, but i deffo have at least 2 a day and have been doing so for the last 3-4 yrs (from when i damaged/operated my knee ligaments)

It helps with the pain, especially in the winter. :D

Gadgets. If its shiny, cool, electronic or expensive I want it. Ive got a major spending problems for electronics.

Over the last 12 months:

Xbox 360 - £270
PS3 - £380
HDTV - £450
Laptop - £670
Creative Zen - £200
New PC - £900

Ipod Touch (£270), new Laptop (£700) adn new PC monitor (£300) in January.

Im only a student FFS.

:(

Ditto, I finish a session and wish it was time for the next. Most of my time outside of the gym/work/sorting out my next meal is spent reading about the gym/nutrition. Maybe once I've fine-tuned my diet and programme to perfection I'll settle down a bit but once I hit a plateaux or feel like I'm not getting maximum effectiveness from it I'll be right back in there.

Unless I get injured then I'll just top myself! :P

Gym for me too... until i broke my arm and i was told i can't do weights for 3 months, god my frustration!

Apart from that im addicted to spending money on stuff I can't afford... just causes it's fun.

Oh, and Merlot Red Wine

At the moment I seem to be addicted to losing weight and my diet. I've got so good at it over the last few months that it's become habit and I'm finding it difficult to stop.

Maybe chocolate, alcohol and poker, sometimes I just feel like having some/having a go. I don't suppose that's a craving though, just depends if I'm in the mood for a pint/chocolate bar/losing money...
