I've got an addictive personality and at the moment my main addiction is food. Although I can guarantee that in a couple of weeks I will stop eating and then move on to something else.

I'm also addicted to caffeine. When I was at college and uni it was really bad to used to have around 10-15 cups of coffee a day, plus anything else I could find that contained caffeine. Now I'm averaging around 5 cups of coffee a day, and around 10 cans of coke (or anything that contains caffeine).

At the moment I seem to be addicted to losing weight and my diet. I've got so good at it over the last few months that it's become habit and I'm finding it difficult to stop.

I've just started too, well started over the summer and since starting uni went back to my old habits of eating takeouts and not going gym. Now I think everytime I eat and keep track of it plus I starting spinning again 4- 6 times a week. It's nearly all cos I bought some clothes online only for them not to fit so instead of returning, well you get the idea.


I wouldn't say the above is an addiction btw, I'm wholly incapable of getting addicted to anything
