Dulce Base is the name for an alleged secret underground facility under Archuleta Mesa, Dulce, New Mexico, United States. The base is claimed to be a multi-leveled "genetics lab" in which both humans and extraterrestrial beings cooperatively conduct experiments. It is widely regarded to be a hoax and an urban legend.

Well it was, it hasn't been secret enough for a long time for that sort of stuff.

The stealth coating and technology on the F117 nighthawk and B-2 bomber was developed and tested at Area 51 and the site is use for numerous different types of aircraft testing.

I'd love to take a peek at the sort of stuff they are developing at the moment as those aircraft were well ahead of their generation anyway!

Lazar says he has degrees from the California Institute of Technology and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1993, the Los Angeles Times looked into his background and found there was no evidence to support his claims.[1] Stanton Friedman was only able to verify that Lazar took electronics courses in the late 1970s at Pierce Junior College.[5] The Times did discover that in 1990 Lazar had pled guilty to felony pandering, declared bankruptcy and listed his occupation as self-employed photo processor on documents.[1] A 1991 Times article reported, Lazar was "on probation in Clark County, Nevada on a pandering charge.
