Arsenal v Villarreal + AC Milan v Barcelona (Spoilage)

Bit of a flat first half if I'm honest. Eto'o spurned two lovely chances (great save by Dida for the first) and Ronaldino showing some lovely skill at about the 26 minute mark taking the ball beautifully in his stride, otherwise not much happened yet.

YAAAAA! :D

Barca in the final. Milan didn't look like they came to attack today, to be honest they didn't really have a chance. Barca were all over them.

What game were you watching?
It was a very even game.
One of the best ive seen in a while, and far better than any other CL game ive seen this season.
Robbed by the ref, the goal should have stood. But still, an enjoyable game. It was nice to see that there was no bad feeling between the two teams at any stage, with every bad tackle ending in the players involved helping each other up. A rarity in todays game.

Barca vs Milan, Sky sports 1 :)

Sorry, but its my opinion. If you don't like it, tough. Barcelona were the better team and always looked like scoring on the break. The best team went through.

Arsenal vs Barca - roll on May 17th ;)

Somes getting a bit snappy for some reason that is unknown? ;)

Other football stuff tonight

West Ham 1 Pool 2
Garcia sent off for having a punch thrown at him according to the radio commentary - anyone see the match and saw what happened ? Him and the West Ham player will miss the final now

Also Real Madrid president Martin has just resigned after 2 mts in the job - their managers last longer :)

Not the same one as you by the looks of things

Milan created a few half chances, but Barca had the better chances, Dida really kept Milan in the game, which says it all really.

Do behave. The best game you have seen this season in the Champions league?! The first leg was a better game for a start. Madrid v Arsenal, Arsenal v Juve, Chelsea v Barca, several of Lyons games including the Milan game where all better and I'm sure there was more.

The only bit of your post that was credible.

Roll on Barca

Only seen a quick clip of the incident,but.....Garcia was fouling Mullins (pulling him back) Mullins turned and pushed him in the face, Garcia went down (but didn't role around as if he was shot). Ref sent them both off for violent conduct, Mullins red was harsh but Garcia's was a joke. Was listening to it on the radio before i saw the clip and they reckoned the ref must have thourght Garcia elbowed him but from what i saw didn't look anything like a elbow. I guess they both will appeal as they will miss the final), doubt Mullins would get off with his but Garcia should, but you never know with the FA.

Glad to see barcelona through should be a good final.

Though there didn't seem to be anything wrong with milans goal oh well :D

As for the west ham and liverpool game both players sent off will miss the cup fianl now.

Scored. Came close just as many times as Barca.
The only difference is that we didnt pratt around doing tricks. They did.
I guess some people are mesmerised by pointlessness. ;)

ROFLOL.
Not seeing your biasness there? Arsenals games thus far havnt exactely been steller, but will be seen as amazing in the eyes of the nation because they've progressed. Chelsea vs Barca was boring. Lyons games are allways interesting.

Roll on Barca
Will be an interesting tie. With the winner getting the cup & Henry. ;) :p

Was listening to the match and I still think given the support and playing time Crouch has been given Cisse would've been a big success. 17 goals in a season isn't a bad return for a sub that's been played out of position. Regarding the Garcia sending off, it sounded like Garcia went down far too easliy and if that's the case I think he deserved to be sent off. I don't know if he did go down too easily but I can't stand diving and Garcia does seem to fall over far too easily. Perhaps missing the final will put an end to it.

Another great win for Liverpool considering the team we put out and now we're 20 odd points better off than this time last year.
