i was about to fall asleep when it finally dawned on me that i'd be getting my AS results tomorrow/today/later/i'm confused. now i can't sleep because i'm worried, so, DISCUSSION TIME!

Anyway, i don't think i've been given any grade predictions, but then again, they'd probably all be wrong anyway.

so, you guys?

Join the club. The can't sleep club that is :p I'm worried I won't be able to sleep therefore I can't sleep, then I get frustrated because I can't sleep so then I can't sleep even more so I just get out of bed.

I really have no idea. I've tried chillout music, pills, staying up all night and trying the next night but I end up going to sleep around 5-7am as I just lay there like wtf :o

good luck. i remember it being pretty nerve racking, dont think i slept the night before my results either. although health and safety warning: please take a nap and remember to eat before you go out celebrating/drowning your sorrows.
just kidding, dying of alcohol poisoning just after you had got the results that changed your life would be a pretty epic way to go.

I did my a-levels 2004.

I remember I got a grade E for my chemistry AS-Levels, but come A2 I figured I wouldn’t get into a good uni if I didn’t get at lest a grade B in chemistry (wanted to study physics at uni)

So I crammed in for 2 weeks straight all the chemistry work that was meant to be learnt over two years. Ended up with a high B grade. Still have my revision timetable for that, 4 blocs of 2h a day for 2 weeks was enough

I remember getting my result...ooh.... nine years ago. We weren't given envelopes, our results were read out to us by our sixth form master as we sat round a table. Quite humiliating.

No-one one wants to hear the words, "so.. Mr Grant.... two out of three isn't bad..."

It's a difficult day, but it can be great too. Good luck to everyone.

Hoping for
These are AS average grades from the three modules.

Maths A
Physics A
Tech A
Economics C
General Studies D

Guess which ones were lowest on my highly prioritised revision timetable? :p

Just Maths today, and bricking it because if my friend gets better than me, i'll never hear the end of it.

At the end of the day, i just want an A, as i put a heck of a lot of effort into AS Maths above all my GCSE subjects.

Good luck everyone!

lol getting my as results today, i'm bricking it, even though my parents say they don't mind what i get because they know i tried my best. But still, bricking it.

Good luck guys.
