AS & A Results Thread.

Yay! My sister did well and so did my g/f. They both got into their first choice. Both did better for grades than I did a few years back. Happy days.

I just got my AS results, failed maths as expected and did pretty crappy in the other 3 :D Thats what you get for slacking I guess.

It doesn't matter, you live in Richmond. You have enough money.

Sister got a call from her school at 7.30am saying she didn't get the grades needed for UCL....... WTF they thinking about, let her get *** damn results from school. To top it off UCL rang her and said they haven't decided yet.

She got BBB and needed ABB with the A in french, and says that she doesn't want to go to her insurance (Nottingham)....... Id better go and slap her and tell her that if UCL don't accept her then refusing Nottingham is a stupid thing just because its not in 'LONDON'.

Well done everyone.

So hows everyone doing in their results?

My younger brother got his 3 A's (Maths 572, Chem 550, Biology 551) to compliment his 4 A's at A level.

These exams are definately getting easier eh?

Sure as hell beat my BCC 2 years ago :p

I did my a-levels 2004.

I remember I got a grade E for my chemistry AS-Levels, but come A2 I figured I wouldn’t get into a good uni if I didn’t get at lest a grade B in chemistry (wanted to study physics at uni)

So I crammed in for 2 weeks straight all the chemistry work that was meant to be learnt over two years. Ended up with a high B grade. Still have my revision timetable for that, 4 blocs of 2h a day for 2 weeks was enough

I did the complete reverse of that, worked my arse off for the mocks got B's then got complacent for the final few months and came out with D's :(

Never forgive myself for my A-Level results, I did redeem myself by getting a 2:1 Hons at uni though :)

Congrats all :D.

Looks like everyone did better that myself, I dropped out like 7 weeks before the exams, couldn't be bothered with that system anymore, not what I wanted in life lol.
