Asking someone where they are from

He's doing the direct opposite. You and others like you are working on assumptions. You've even admitted you are!

Not at all. I am only interested in discussing why the conversation (as it was transcribed) was deemed as racist, as that is all there is really to discuss.

No, we can never know exactly what happened or what was said in a factual sense with undeniable proof. But if you go down that route, then there is no real discussion to be had.

Whether the transcript was correct, NF's personality, what she has done afterwards, The Palace's imagined thoughts or motives, SH's imagined thoughts or motives, what randoms on twitter think about it etc etc, is all noise to try and deflect away from the only important part of the whole topic.

That's pretty narrow, people are discussing the wider incident itself rather than just focusing on the exact choice of words used which is inherently flawed.

How would the palace know either way. Does Lady SH have a photographic memory the palace is 100% sure is correct? Doubtful, most humans couldn't remember that exact convo line for line, more like the general gist of it and maybe some phrasing used.

You mean you can't remember? It was not a long conversation. I would remember pretty much everything that was said word-for-word if someone was being racist to me.

Also there were other palace staff there who overheard it but didn't go to the media, and they confirmed it obviously.

Your over-optimistic assessment of your memory aside, were there? How do you know there were other palace staff who overheard it?

Removing SH from her position is a confirmation.

A confirmation of what?

Even as a new user I know what a Dowie hole is.

You can read the thread and understand it, or not, it's your choice.

Right, so there isn't anything to suggest that palace staff were able to confirm the conversation and no Lady SH standing down is not a confirmation of the transcript (presumably that's what you meant as you don't clarify?). Total cop-out.

"We take this incident extremely seriously and have investigated immediately to establish the full details. In this instance, unacceptable and deeply regrettable comments have been made," a Buckingham Palace spokesperson said in a statement.

So the palace after "having investigated immediately to establish the full details" (meaning asked other people at the event including their own staff if anyone had seen or heard what happened) then stated "unacceptable and deeply regrettable comments have been made" meaning they established that she really did say those things in that way, exactly as reported.

So they recognise that she's done something wrong, and even she recognises that she did something wrong as she stepped down. Only people like you don't.

They recognise that’s it’s a lose lose.
You’ve then decided that the Palace has confirmed that it fits your version of fact.

Feel free to post anything that wasn’t in the very first post Sherlock.

Your claim was:
Also there were other palace staff there who overheard it but didn't go to the media, and they confirmed it obviously.

You've not supported that at all, you've just referred to a PR statement by the Palace, we already know Lady SH stepped down, that doesn't confirm that any palace staff overhead the conversation.
