Well i've just upgraded from a AMD XP3200 and MSI Nvidia based chipset motherboard to the 4 core version of this motherboard and a E6300 - The all round speed difference as expected is amazing! and this board is rock solid with no issues whatsoever. I upgraded to the latest 1.50 BIOS.
I have it overclocked from 1.86 to 2.14, My 1 GIG of OCZ PC3200 memory is running happily at 228.9 MHz at CAS 2.5
Having run a few Sandra Lite benchmarks i am very pleased with the performance against some of the high end dual core AMD chips.

All in all an excellent budget upgrade for me. Total cost of new board and chip was £157.00, Minus the revenue generated for my old XP 3200 chip & Gigabyte cooler and M/board on a popular auction site! £102.00. Total cost for me £55.00...
So if anyone is considering a cheap upgrade to Core 2 without renewing your RAM, G Card etc then you simply can't go wrong using this board!
As soon as funds allow i'll be upgrading the Memory and PCI graphics...Then eventually i'll upgrade to a better overclocking motherboard at a later date.
