E6400 from 2.13 stock now at 3.2Ghz on the Abit.
Could only get 2.4 max out of the ASRock.
The extra 1Ghz I have now over stock makes a noticable difference.
Just thought I'd add that the 3850/3870 DOES work with this board and the 4CoreDual board.
You will need to go into the bios however and set:
PCI-E DOWNSTREAM PIPELINE = DISABLED
If you don't you will get severe artifacts in 3D MODE.

On my board, managed to get a E4300 (1.8Ghz) to 2.67Ghz stable so far (295Mhz). 300Mhz is definate no go unfortunately Will have to see what else I can do, but I expect I will be changing to P35 chipset, or X38/X48 as I'd like to crossfire

many thanks for the info
Has anyone had any joy getting an XpertVision 8800gt to work with this board at all.
I'm getting a new mobo in a few weeks hopefully, but it would be nice to use the 8800 for a while beforehand.
Thanks.
E4300, I could hit 300 mem easy with AGP, but with PCI-E cards I had to drop to about 270.
Yes it runs fine.
What exactly was happening or issues are you suffering to limit to only 270? Are you sure you didn't swap to ddr2 at the same time?
BTW, even with a PCI-E card > Make sure you have AGP voltage set to high, as it helps out with pci-e as well
