This is to let you know that the 1.0.3 patch is now live on all platforms.

Strange that updating the xbox version to the latest patch does not add the game to the X enhanced tab. Least not for me.

4k is coming on or around xb1x release...

Bought this and played a few hours of it and it feels like a poor Witcher 3 copy. The story line feels so disjointed because you have to faff about in every area to get a couple of levels to hit the recommended, the combat feels clunky and the skill tree, whilst looking complicated, doesn't seem to really 'do' a whole lot. Will give it a bigger play through the week but so far, not massively impressed.

I'm liking it, I guess if you compare it to a game like Witcher 3 your might be disappointed, as that is an award winning brilliant game. Personally I like this AC much more than previous AC games, I much prefer the combat as you have better control.
Upgrading weapons and the array of weapons is also very good, the world also feels very alive and is huge, yet to explore a lot of it though.

Yeah I guess, I think it's just the obvious comparison with the way they've created the game is to the Witcher, which is my favourite game ever on consoles, so it's a tough one!

Anyone playing this on the 1X that can't configure HDR? It's blacked out for me :/

TV is a 10bit panel, and had no problems with HDR on any other game....

Edit: Nevermind, console reboot sorted it, looking forward to starting this :)

Just beat it, put a solid 46 hours into it, still have LOADS to do, but I aint got the patience, so will be traded tomorrow..

Enjoyable for sure though :)

The more I play this game on the X, the more I think this is one of the most visually beautiful games, of it's generation that I've ever played. The devs have used 4K and HDR to a very high potential to immerse you into the world.

It's a shame I don't care about the characters and the story and there are a handful of bugs I've experienced - otherwise this would be up there as one of the best games I've ever played. For me, it's a beautiful, hack n slash, loot fest; which is no bad thing I suppose.

I own a 1080ti beast of a gaming PC but b ought this on XB1 instead despite having a 1080p TV. I know it seems a bit backward but I have a small child now so TV gaming is easier sometimes...but...

This looks beautiful even at 1080p and runs lovely. Super impressed and its the best AC game made by as long shot in my humble opinion.

Also there does not appear to be any graphics options to switch graphics modes between 4k and 1080.

Am I missing something? Its supposed to be a 4k game but looks pretty ropey compared to rise of the tomb raider.

This is on sale black friday sale, might be worth a punt at £38?

Can be had cheaper from CD Keys if digital floats your boat. It's a great game, probably the best in the series imo.

I had the same problem with HDR and had to reboot the console which fixed it. Something not right if it looks 'ropey', it looks absolutely incredible with HDR enabled etc. Probably the best looking console game i've ever seen.
