I actually agree with this, despite some truly awesome games that they've released over the years, I think their current situation is one which has teetered too close to the edge, I wouldnt be surprised if behind closed doors they are already in buyout talks with some behemoth of a company.

Tencent has probably already torpedoed them to pick up the rest of the company on the cheap by the sounds of things.
