Assassin's Creed Valhalla

Will Uplay+ have Valhalla on day 1, or do they wait a while to get some sales first? I'm also quite interested in Immortals Fenyx Rising and Watch Dogs Legion (mainly out of curiosity).

Money's a little tight at the moment so Uplay+ sounds like a no-brainer for me, if the games are there.

Yup and it seems to be the Ultimate Edition so you can rent it for 1 month at £12.99 from 17th November or buy it at £91.99.

'Quite promising, fairly positive' doesn't fill me with 100% confidence and is the same take I had when I read the article this morning. Still, we'll see what the finished deal looks like.

I have 100% confidence, Origins and Odyssey were both games of the year for me, so even if Valhalla is equal to those and not better, then its still going to be an awesome title for me. I dont see anything in that article in particular which worries me or concerns me or gives me any negative thoughts. I mean, of the two "big" November titles, I have more concerns about Cyberpunk than I have about AC Valhalla, because with AC Valhalla I know what I am going to get (more Origins and Odyssey gameplay) but despite the various coverage I am still pretty in the dark about what/how Cyberpunk will actually BE

The gameplay I've seen looks okay but the colour palette makes everything look murky brown/red - anyone else or do I need my eyes testing?

From what I’ve seen it looks like the environment is going to look fantastic. It was just this bit that didn’t fill me with confidence:

I'm hopeful for snazzier Viking and Assassin powers down the line. I'm less hopeful about the apparent lack of choice in its narrative and trivial side quests.

Like you say though, cyberpunk is a complete unknown. We know roughly what we are getting here and I’ve completed almost every single AC game - I rarely finish any games these days.
