yh I subbed for 1 month to try out legion (which was bleh) and Valhalla. Mainly because I had a feeling both these cross-gen titles would be underwhelming. Origins was great, odyssey felt a bit more mile wide inch deep and I got bored after 50 hours or so (which is no bad thing but I don't think it was as good as origins). Guess will see how Val turns out, personally concerned it's moved away entirely from stealth/assassin gameplay.

Ditto. Felt like Legion might be a good benchmark for new hardware as well...liked the idea of an open world game set in London but underwhelmed so far, as others have been.
Yes Uplay+ here. I might hang on until Midnight incase the VPN trick goes wrong or something.
I'd recommend getting a month subscription, then it's only 13 quid out of pocket plus you can try Watch Dogs legion etc and no extra cost, rather than than 40 quid and think "nah I don't like it"

Thats the 2nd review I've seen which mentions that there are lots of bugs and glitches, hopefully most of those will be remedied by day 1 patch or are console version issues rather than PC

I watched the review and did consider a few points as potential spoilers.

If anyone happens to look at Youtube clips, PLEASE avoid "MKIceandFire" they often post spoilers of games, especially near the end. Not sure if there's a way to block the profile from being viewed on Youtube or not.

Hmmm hasn't unlocked for me, just had a look and apparently, it unlocks at November 11 at 3:00 AEDT which is in just under 4 hours.
Still a bit sad that this is another game that isn't going to be 60FPS + on max settings in 4k.
Not sure where you are getting your info but mine was correct per the ubi map below haven't heard that it has changed. It wouldn't unlock now as I said it's 12am there which is still 50 mins away...
