Do you mean on the ingame HUD? I think it's supposed to be like that, mine is the same.
I usually have the lap web page open if I want to compare my laps with others.

Damn the McLaren is a bit of a handful, I don't think I had a clean lap at all last night. The 787b and R8 are much easier to drive but where's the fun in that.
As my earlier post, take the corner as fast as you can to make sure you take the corners so you can get on the throttle as soon as possible. Also have you shortened your gear ratios - the top speed you get down the straights is about 270kph but he R8 is geared higher than that so you can get a bit better acceleration.

I think it's gearing or wing settings.
On the exit of the corners onto the long straights you can see my acceleration matches the top times then tails off, even though I'm flat.

Click on a time and you’ll see the trace of the lap. By default it compares against the fastest lap. If you want to compare against a different lap, click a lap and click manual compare then select the second lap.
Reminder that if your forum name is different to your in-game ID, then please say so.

It isn't. I think you're looking at the graph, which is comparing your R8 speed/time to the Mazda, unless you do a manual compare.I need to work out why my setup is 40 KPH slower on the main straights than everyone else

Only just! I can make up 2 seconds on the first sector then lose it through the rest of the lap again
Still getting used to my wheel setup too. It's always good fun when others are online at the same time though.

On it pal ! Got downloaded and installed what I needed to. Got a time on the board already ! Yess man, feels good to be back hot lapping after years of being away.
Last tt challange I did was way back in F1 2010 and 2011.

But it's quite nice to follow someone else at times to see which line they are taking and when they are braking etc for some tips.I'm sure no one is going to be too furious
I wouldn't follow my line, you are likely to end up in the gravel
