Pleeeeeeeease would someone let us know what the Rift is like with AC. I'm only getting mine in August :(

It has blown me away. It is Alpha so I was not expecting much but wow it is amazing. Completely different to DK2. Maybe it is the whole 90Hz and time warp thing but I feel no nausea at all unlike the DK2. It feels completely natural.

Also I am much better at the game in the CV1. For those familiar the F40 is a total pig to drive. I spin it regularly. But not now. Drove a complete lap of the Ring with no spins. Plenty of sideways action though!

As you can tell I am a touch excited. Not felt this good about a game in ages. What are other people's experience?

Rift is looking great, I like how apparently you can even see/feel the camber of the road

In other news, some legendary car skins for the Jap pack:

Fast and Furious, Paul Walker's Supra

The time trial Supra might be my new favourite car. Goes like stink, and it's relatively forgiving compared to a lot of the other really quick cars that tend to just snap away when pushed!

One of the devs on the AC forums said recently when somebody asked about how different drifting in real life was to AC said: "If you can drift in AC, you can drift in real life."

This video shows that really well. Amazing physics.

Amazing physics is one, but also Kunos's impeccable taste in cars. Just about all cars in AC are absolute legends (both classic and modern), not some weird choices like Panoz and Palatov in rFactor2. Aventador just adds to this again.

Every time I play AC at the moment it forgets all my controls :( Really starting to get frustrated with this. Not helping that for the second time this month the Logitech Profiler has screwed up again and won't let me configure the wheel properly

Wish I had the space to have a dedicated setup where I left everything plugged in.
