Assetto Corsa

Having a strange problem, in that Ctrl + space as well as button mapped to my CSL Elite in not working to reset view in VR. I'm placed above the car and nothing I can do about it.

Running all the latest things - custom shaders v74, Sol 1.1, content manager, etc. All working previously but seems to coincide with latest Sol and custom shaders updates. Will have to roll back I guess unless anyone has an idea?

I have reinstalled / reset WMR and CSL drivers / software but not helped.
 
The VR view should reset every time it fires up when you join a track. Perhaps you need to cycle the camera to the in car view, as simple as the sounds?

Never had this issue, nor heard of it as being a problem before.

Very strange.
 
It is very odd. Everything else mapped to wheel works like lights, wipers, etc. Tried everything I can think of including cycling through views..i wonder if it is related to some windows updates I installed the other day. Tried rolling back using system restore though and now my PC won't boot and system repair can't fix it!

Will leave it until tomorrow but hopefully can still use a different restore point in the startup repair options. Oh what fun PCs can be!
 
All sorted with a roll back. Since updated everything apart from latest Windows updates and all OK. Will avoid updating Windows as long as I can now!
 
I haven't raced in ACC in a while but I think you still need to get the 3? medals for each track before you can race on them.

Doing 3 consecutive clean laps in practise is enough for each track iirc.

Unless it's changed in the past few months...
