I have had this card for over a year. I use asus gpu tweak however I think the temps are garbage . The card runs that hot its a joke but it only states is at 73 deg. Are the readings provided fake to disguise the rest temps these cards run at

Those temps are fine depending on the game
Are temp problems a new issue? Are these while under load, and if so are we talking typical gaming or some sort of productivity task?
We're in the middle of a heatwave so higher temps aren't unusual, and other factors such as your case cooling and room temperatures etc are going to play a part too.
I'd not bother with Asus software personally, see what MSI Afterburner states but I doubt it'll be much different.
Regardless, the cards simply run hot at times, they're pumping 575W through them so honestly those temps aren't unusual for the card.

On the presumption you have undervolted, the cards dumping at least 450w of power out your case, up to 600w if you haven't applied an undervolt=equivalent of running central heating on top of high ambient temps in this weather.
The Asus software monitors the sense pin for correct connection and monitors/warns of melting the connector.

The 5090 astral is one of the cooler cards in the market
But when the temperature inside your house is 35c then it becomes a bit harder to cool a 600w space heater disguised as a graphics card

Yeah, I think it's between the Astral, Suprim and and Aorus Master shy of liquid and there's not that much between them.
I don't know what Nvidia were thinking with the out of the gate power limits, I've mentioned this before a few times but almost all of them will run just fine (and sometimes better) at a 450w limit.

I do not have a problem with temperatures, the card is undervolted. My point is i dont believe the readings, i think they are false. This card is running much hotter than 70-73 degrees however this is what the sensors report in all software. My point is that the reported temps are complete BS. My 4090 ran at the same temp, in the same case etc. This astral is hot enough to heat the house yet it states its at 70 degree's. There is no way its at that temp so i intend to get some kind of acurate thermometer to measure the REAL temps. I read the tuff version scorched its case and burnt the back plate, that isnt 70 degrees.

4090 TDP is 450w. It's dumping 450W of heat into your house.
5090 TDP is 600w. It's dumping 600W of heat into your house.
Temperatures are accurate - the cooler is doing it's job and the heat is being successfully exhausted.
Either invest in aircon, don't game in the Summer or just put up with the heat, the choice is yours.
HWInfo software also reports the per pin voltage/amperage readings from the 5090 Astral - so you don't have to use the ASUS software if you don't want to
I just check my 5090 Astral readings once a week or so so make sure the connector isn't slowly ejecting itself
You could be using liquid nitrogen and have sub-zero temps, but it'd still heat your house. It is the power usage that matters.

Those load temps are normal, especially if you're ambiant temps are higher with this weather.
My Zotac Solid 5090 runs around those temps at load undervolted in this weather. You have an Astral, but all of the 5090s run quite close.

I am not querying 70 degrees, I dont believe the software, its bullsh!t. It may state the card is 70 to 75 degrees but I dont believe it. The card is heating the room so I think nvidia's censors are a lie and these cards run much hotter. I have ordered a heat gun

Yep, the OP doesn't seem to be 'getting it'.
~400-600 watts (depending on if undervolting or not) of thermal energy has to go somewhere. It's basic physics. The fact that the card is at 70 degrees - and the room gets hotter - shows the card's cooler is doing its job perfectly by transferring and exhausting the heat.

no no no...cant you people read I DONT BELIEVE THE CARD IS AT 70 DEGREES. The card works fine, the fans are fine, the case is fine, everythings fine except the BS readings. Theres no way this card is at 70 deg which is reported in all the software. It has to be nearer 95 degree given the heat expelled. i feel im being mis-lead by the sensors in the software produced by the card. The room is cooking in the middle of summer or winter. THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE CARD FOR THE 50TH TIME. The temperatures reported are not acurate and this is why the cables are melting along with garbage connector. And yes i know its caused through the power draw and the wattage. I have ordered a heat gun to measure the real temperatures not the BS from Nividia. Rant over sorry...
