After a few days with the card I have the same view as Rossi, its a great piece of hardware but GPUTweak is lame and I wished I'd gone with an MSI.
I've forgone any voltage tweaks and have started using Afterburner again.
The only ray of light is that according to an Asus guy on the GPUTweak forum they have recognised the issues Rossi has pointed out and are going to issue a fix.
Hopefully it will sort out some of the many other bugs GPUTweak contains such as not saving some of its internal settings when you make a change.
Regards
Fred
