Found it!Found an article in a german magazine when they actually ran a 2 page story about 1 guy not getting his cashback (if i can find it again ill post it here). They paid up quick enough after that got published and he got compensation. Maybe thats the way to go
Absolutely might get some bad pressI know they do it hoping most won't bother to claim but to just not pay out is taking the Michael to put it mildly. Not sure why they think that wouldn't get them some bad press in this day and age.

I dont know if its coincidence but this morning i emailed [email protected] and polietly asked if they could forward my claim update request to the Rate My Gear team internally as emails to their address ([email protected]) were going unanswered. 3 hours later i got a confirmation mail saying my claim was paid.Has anyone ever had a reply from [email protected] (the Rate My Gear address)? Particually since the link to check the status started redirecting to a "This promotiuon has ended" page?
I've had nothing from my replies to that address, and while [email protected] were quick to reply, they said they couldnt help and just directred me back to [email protected]

Yep.. mines the same, over 2 months from claiming and still no payment despite them clearing and accepting the claim quickly.
