Don't know if any of you have tried this but have you tried contacting the retailer you bought from to see if they have some kind of rep they could contact to sort this? They might have more direct contacts with asus.

It's not the first time I've read of Asus doing this, I think MSI was another one that shirked their responsibilities when it came to cashbacks.

No email to say they paid but I chased them and they acknowledged. Not sure on the time but it's been well past when they said they would.
