ASUS UK RMA farce! Do NOT order ASUS motherboards?

Only problem sending stuff back to the retailer, is well, a lot have turned scummy for some reason. "nah we can't be bothered to deal it with it properly, have a partial refund". Legal, but they never used to do that as much, now it seems standard.
The rain forest used to be superb for every type of products you can think of - garden, house appliances, whatever, 100% refund no matter how long left on a warranty, however, not anymore, in the last few years they have tightened their refund policies to just the first 30 days, and try and push any type of item onto the manufacturer after that. I guess this is what happens when scummy customers circumvent RMA processes, also with people committing FRAUD by doing an RMA return and putting a very cheap item in a box and keeping the valuable new item.

I remember Gibbo posting something about having a nightmare with a dehumidifier delivery and they wouldn't send another or refund, I bet some of their very own delivery drivers are dodgy.

I would probally only trust OcUK with ASUS to actually come to a positive solution, you might have to end up waiting 4+ weeks though depending on manufacturer, MSI are just as bad since RMA centre switched from Netherlands to Poland.
