Auctions = Uber bargain.

13" steelies mate...well on the non turbo. As far as I know all of the TDs (especially series 2 ones) have this or this types on them, which are 14"-15" alloys.

Currently that car is rolling on 195/45/R15 tyres.

Well that took longer than expected :(

I've driven the car around town today picking up bits and pieces (and looking for wheels) and it was fine.

She was out for nearly an hour (and only 100m from home heading back) and i get the call. She's clipped the kerb, found a nasty speedbump and then finally ripped one side off by catching it in a dip in our cobbled lane.

You clearly need to find a less rip off insurance company!

I pretty sure there is another thread somewhere about alloys being bad for your insurance :p

It would fetch a lot more than that on the open market though. A 17 year old who has just passed his test is going to lap that up.

Peugeot 306 (cool) - Check
MP3 HU - Check
Alloys - Check
Quad tailpipes - Check
Cheap insurance - Check (diesels are well fast innit)

I reckon you could make £750 easily with a long MOT + tax and a new door.

£750 ? Not a chance! You been smoking?

Yup, in a car that didn't have the front bumper on castors it would have been fine.

No worry, she does all her damage at low speed while manouvering.
