Audi owners in here!

Guys.

Been investigating my options for a 2nd hand Audi A5.

Settled on the coupe version, probably going to spend £13-14 thousand on it.

Could someone link me to a few on autotrader that would be value for money. I have no preference for manual or auto, leather or half leather at least and a dark colour.

Cheers

Might need more to go on than that. What are you looking for engine wise? Is spec more important to you than performance? Age or Mileage? Etc.

That budget could get you a low mileage pre-facelift with a 2.7 or 3.0 diesel S-Line, or an average to higher mileage facelift, with a 1.8TFSI or 2.0TDI S-Line, or a low mileage SE Technik with high spec, but no S-Line looks.

Hopefully something below 60,000, I am not a fast driver, tend to go more for comfort than speed. As long as I can connect my phone, play my music through it, cruise control, sat nav.

I do 40 miles a day travelling to work and back, although I have done on average 15,000 per year the past two years, so comfort does come into it. I tend to go for nice wheels, which I feel can finish a car odd well..
Cheers

Just a few from the handover last week:

paradigm, did you extend the warranty on your A4? If so, can you remember what mileage the car was on when you took out the policy, and what you paid (and level of cover)?

Have you had a chance to test out the Matrix LEDs yet chriscatt?

My experience so far is that they appear to work really well. Very impressed with the light they provide and it's rather cool how they automagically dim/dip for oncoming traffic.

I am still getting flashed by the odd road user though. I don't think it's because they are being blinded by the light, more that they don't perceive that I have dipped my full beam. It's similar to when I got my first car with Xenons back in 2000; other road users would flash because they felt the bright light of the Xenons was simply the full beam.

Edit - An A3 is rather an odd 'weekend car'. Normally this would be something sporty like a Caterham/Lotus/TVR. What do you drive during the week?

Meh, it's basically a cheap R32, which itself makes for an "alright" weekend car to those who like VW's or Audi's. You wouldn't want to run one daily. I mean, you could say the exact same thing about the RS3 being an A3...

Keen on pics though.
