Poor choice.
It does say S3 on the grille I really like the new S3, aren't they now 290-300 odd bhp?
Why the hell would a new shape S3 be a poor choice???

I think i'd have been tempted by 12 months in a 2008ish one (It's the same car) ready for a factory order for the B9 once it's released. Very brave buying the old one brand new, if paying brand new money surely you want a fresh brand new latest gen car not last decades model they are still selling?
Ordered the wife a new Audi A4 Quattro TDI SE Tech 177 bhp DSG through drivethedeal
Lava Grey
Black leather
Folding and dimming mirrors
Hill hold control
3-spoke steering wheel
Heated front seats
TPMS
Delivery on a 14 plate hopefully
Did you consider adding Xenons ? The A4 front end looks much better with Xenons rather than reflector halogen headlights.
Yeah xenons generally are top of my list of options but couldn't really stretch the budget that far this time.
It's 300PS (which I think is probably a few hp under 300) and 280 torques.
Still a 4 pot though
The 8P S3 threw out around 290 (was recorded 265 officially), so remaps were easily passing 310.
I'm still not sure about the new S3, I've stuck with the V6 A3 for now, though the steering wheel and seats on the new S3 look very nice. The best thing about the S3 is the tune-ability, its just immense results for not much investment
