Kind of yes and kind of no. It's swings and roundabouts and a bit of luck these days, sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn't. Not an exact science these days.

The safety car rules still suck balls. Half a lap to solve the issue, 5 laps to bunch the field up and then wait for lapped cars to go back round.

Total farce.
