Yeah they were brutal. I actually struggled to drive home! :D

So happy with my form and performance on squats. Never before would I have thought I'd be able to rattle through 30 reps at 175kg.
 
Day 19

That feeling when you prepare for deadlifts and someone asks "you testing 1RMs today?" - and you reply, no, today is a deload. :D

Cheers dude. They're coming along so well now. Repping 200kg (which is nothing new for me) now feels fairly straightforward and better which I'm chuffed with. I've definitely got more in me this year. 250+ I will achieve it.
 
Wow, to echo others's thoughts I feel sick just reading the volume...

Some really strong lifts in there, the stuff you're repping out are my mid-term 1RM goals :( Your 200kg+ deads, for example xD
 
5'11, 74 kgs atm. I know its a big one, but I got to 125kg deadlift in 13 weeks of SL (before I injured myself) so it should be doable by the end of the year, maybe :) Don't want to hijack your thread with my dreams though haha.
