Seriously impressive. Is your beard the key to your strength?

Do you find inverted rows superior to pendlays/BORs? Im midly curious as to the choice of them :)

Beard is anabolic for sure.

I like inverted row press up super set as it is a good finisher. I do BOR and TBar rows too if you look through my programme I do a lot of volume on them :)

Push/Pull:

Yeah so I misread my notes and did 115kg instead of 110kg... and it felt surprisingly more difficult!

Bench 10*5*115kg
BOR 10*5*90kg
Plate Press ups 4*6*35kg
Invert rows 4*6*BW+25kg chain

Volume (excluding warm up): 13,850kg

Struggled a bit owing to a patellar tendon being rather sore at the moment, so it was preying on my mind and had to REALLY concentrate on not letting it bother me.

Nearly 10 tonnes again on squats alone (if you include the warm up)!

Bar*lots
60*10
80*10
100*8
120*6
140*6
150*5
160*4

Squats 10*4*175kg
DBSS 4*8*27.5kg

Volume (excluding warm up): 7,800kg (12,950kg with warm up!)

Bleeeeuuurgghhhh :( couldn't do any more than that.

Pretty good actually. Good recovery time decent volume and if paired up to some decent accessory work pretty good on results too. I reckon I will have added 10kg to my deads perhaps a little more if I push it.

Always good to hear. I was thinking of running it for 2" deficit deadlifts (I'd use my max for a deficit deadlift of course rather than normal) and was curious as to how effective the routine was.
