343/342 in the speed trap vs. 337/335 according to live timing. Probably more to do with setup choice than raw power.
Ferrari didn't either when they could have
Red Bull always seem to nail setup for each track. I guess a lot of it must come from having a weaker engine over the years so getting setup perfect has always been a must.

Missed most of it as was out .... what happened to the McLarens?

Just too slow and were poor in sector 3 hinting at crap top speed too so don't expect much during the race. Noris could have possibly got into the top 10 by a tenth or so, but blew it in the middle sector.

Hmm... I'm not convinced RB have the better setup. If Sainz hadn't messed up his final run they'd have ended 3rd and 4th on the grid, and while they are going to be quick on the straights, where the DRS zones are, I think they will struggle to be close enough to make that count.

Watching both mercs it did seem Russell's looked smoother especially on the straights
Heard talk Lewis car they are trying more stuff on with setups ?

Aha, yeah I said that just before he absolutely nailed his final lap.
He does have a bit of bad form at street circuits though. Hopefully he can hold it together tomorrow
