Was 150 yds from OCUK - now 0.5 mile; they moved
That's really good news - will really help people that buy one when upgrading to a new socket but can't test it straight away due to no cpu.
I have 2 bargin b-grade mobo's, both been perfect (but both just bare boards)

All B-Grade items are fully working, they are either unwanted items, repaired/refurbished items or items with cosmetic damage. BUT they do work fine!

Sometimes i have just been sent the bare board, no back plate etc etc is this still the case in general?

Not something we can guarantee I am afraid. Some come with kit, some come bare, but there is no way we can make any guarantee and neither can sales.

Come on OCUK you can do better than this. This is something that needs addressing. I've nothing against b-grade items and have bought several clearance items in the past but if I don't know whats missing or whats included this has a tendency to put me off.

For example I'd consider paying £154 for a b-grade R2E mobo, especially now that it comes with 90 days warranty but only if I had some idea what is and isn't included before purchasing. If I received just the bare board I'd send it back under DSR which is an inefficient way to do business for both me and OCUK.

Its not good enough for OCUK to say "the quality of the item is reflected in the price", as I've been told on many an occasion, as this just makes it into a lottery.

The 90 day warranty is definitely a great move though. ;)

The problem we have is some times we can have multiple units of a single product.

They can have different accessories, some may have the original box, some may be brown box.

We cannot list a single SKU with different accessories etc....

Using the R2E board as an example: is it not feasible to list them at different price points which would then give the buyer an indication as to whether the kit they're buying is complete, nearly complete or OEM? As a customer I don't neccessarily demand a detailed breakdown of exactly what I'm getting in a clearance package but some general pointers are useful.

The problem with B garde at the moment is some of the pricing, for example a bgrade P5Q deluxe is £120+ quid, a new one is £82 :p

As for knowing whats included and what isnt thats not an issue for me really as i can go into the shop and check whats with it then decide if i want it :p
