Had a black 59 plate Audi A4 something or other right up my chuff as I was tootling off the roundabout so gave the ol' V6 some welly. I crept away from him slightly and he only caught me when I backed off at 120mph.
Saw the little S-Line badge when he got closer, no idea whether it's just a trim level or what but it made me feel a tad smug that he couldn't catch me and was obviously trying.
Anyway, decent bloke gave me a flash and courteous nod in response to my indicator flashes at the roundabout as we went our opposite directions.
And I had it up to 120mph again the very next day where the M67 starts off the Hyde Road roundabout in Manchester, bank holiday monday morning and nothing about so why not.
Something just makes me back off at 120mph though - don't quite know what it is.

That road looks good for vMax to me, why back off? Lack of balls is the only explanation I can come up with
The car was amazingly stable and the speed itself wasn't that scary, but there was a brown pants moment that I don't want to go into again on here.

Somewhere around 160 mph, it was way off the end of the speedo, so this is a rough guess going by gearing and rpm.
Car was a 1994 Honda Civic VTi turbo running 270 bhp+, Integra SiR-G gearbox and it pulled 8500rpm in top gear, would have carried on if it had another gear, thing was stupid quick.

Had the vectra at 120 indicated very briefly but due to not wanting to repeat the above backed off. She was good for 160 as well, gutted i never got to go to germany or similar to feel it.
