I'm not really a fan of either red or brown sauce, but if you mix red sauce with brown sauce I'm pretty sure you end up with brown sauce. So brown must be the dominant sauce.

On the subject of red sauce, is there anything more disgusting to put on your chips than that revolting thin liquid that comes out of a new bottle if you forget to give it a shake first. That stuff is absolutely rank, and there is nothing worse than watery runny chips.
