I thought it could be quite good. Didn't think about it in detail. But turns out (obviously) that people achieve their best lap early and call it a day.

Better to have an empty track early than at the end.

The problem is it takes 3 to 6 minutes depending on track to set a qualifying time. Eliminating drivers every 90 seconds was never going to work.
 
Jesus Christ... Is this a joke?
Can they just red flag the whole thing, and restart it?

Edit: I hope old man Herbert will come back on and tell us "red is red" again. And all these drivers should start from the pit.
 
just red flag f1, thank god v8sc is on tonight. I really hope this massive complaining keeps up and something snaps and we get real change.
